I have to say its a gift of hers to know exactly what you are looking for. Both times we found our home the first day of house tours. Like most couples my husband and I are very busy people and to get us both in one place at once is a challenge. It was important for the relator we hired to listen and understood what we wanted and needed so that we didn't have to go weeks of looking for the perfect home. Selling your current home and buying a new home could be stressful, so many things can go wrong. I know that Berenice made every attempt to make sure that we did not get stressed because I've heard horror stories from friends and family who have gone through the same situation (selling and buying) and almost all of them had contracts fall through and this caused lost of time, money and brain cells. A great asset Berenice has is her rolodex of resources or contractors this saved us hundreds of dollars and time. I like to add that we loved Kentwood's marketing strategies. The photos and 3D tour of are home were phenomenal! Thank you Berenice for all your hard work and dedication in finding us once again our dream home."
